Baseline
Reformer Pilates. The starting point. Builds coordination, control, and core strength. Start here.
BSC
Balance, stability, and core. Works the muscles most people don't think about until something goes wrong.
S-FORM
Strength-focused reformer work. Helps the right muscles fire properly so you get more out of your gym sessions.
Agility
Plyometrics and power. The most athletic class we run. Jumpboard work and power-based movements for speed and strength.
Yoga
Strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing. Finishes with guided meditation - more useful than it sounds.
Myo-recovery
Stretch, release, recover. Helps undo the tightness that builds up from training.
Best value. If you want to come regularly.

1 Class Per Week
1 Class every week. Minimum 3 month commitment. Normally $25. $12.50 as a PAC Student.
2 Classes Per Week
2 Classes every week. Minimum 3 month commitment. Normally $45. $22.50 as a PAC Student.
4 Classes Per Week
4 Classes every week. Minimum 3 month commitment. Normally $65. $32.50 as a PAC Student.
