Do I need experience?
I already train. Will I get something out of this?
Yes - usually more than you expect. Axis targets the deep stabilising muscles and movement patterns that traditional training misses.
Is this just for athletes?
No. Our community includes PAC students, parents, teachers, old collegians, and people from the wider neighbourhood. The programming scales to meet you.
How is Axis different from regular Reformer Pilates?
Our classes are developed with an exercise physiologist and physiotherapist. We offer class styles - like plyometric power training and structured stability work - that go well beyond standard Pilates.
Which class should I start with?
Baseline. Every time.
How often should I come?
Two to three times a week is a great starting point.
What do I wear?
Activewear. Grip socks. Nothing too loose.
Do I need to be connected to PAC?
No. Axis is open to everyone.
